I spent more than 2 weeks at Sun Beach House and I can only recommend it. The standard rooms are pretty small but very clean. Tv and Internet are working fine which is not so easy to find in Thailand. There is also a mini bar and a safe which is again not always the case for such affordable type of accomodation. The location is good, very close to the beach and not so far from Bangla street for the nigthlife. And the owners of the hotel are very friendly.

Great hotel near all the action in phuket.short stroll to beach I.e 1 minute away. Internally spacious and clean rooms with a/c
Not much to look at from the outside but the inside makes up for it. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

A gem of a hotel! Centre of Patong beach and a literal 2 min walk to the beach. However at night the street it is on is quite, safe and friendly. The staff are kind and helpful people. My room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed and furnishings, as shown in picture. The restaurant next door was excellent. I will be going back to Thailand and I will be staying here again. As a traveler I could not ask more from the environment, hotel and fantastic staff.

The location was great! Right on the beach... Staff were great and they have a 24 hr reception which is always awesome...
Everything was good.... Maybe it needs a big signboard outside the street on which it is located...

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Everything was very new. It is probably the cleanest Hotel we've been at in Thailand but also the cheapest one. The staff were very nice and helpful. Free Wifi and the free use of the laptop computer is very handy. This is definietly the best value for money so far. We paid 750 baht per night , low season though.
No elevator. We were situtated on the 4th floor and had to walk up all the stars. There was no airconditioning in the hallways which made this stairwalk more difficult. Not recommended for people having trouble going up and down stairs frequently. But also a good excersice for those who need it. Also our hotel wasnt prepaid online as we thought. My creditcard info was only for insurance puposes. It was a surprise to me at first that I had to pay. One other thing as the hotel is new not all driver know the exact location of the hotal.

Great position (1min to the beach and 5min to Bangla Road) and very nice staff: the room was confortable and quite big
There could be a bit of noise coming from the street and the bar also if the room is well soundproofed. No elevator.

The hotel is located very close to patong beach and major fast- food/coffee shops like McDonald, Burger King, Starbucks etc are just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Manager of the hotel is a very friendly and helpful person. The room was neat and clean. This is the best budget hotel in Patong Beach area without any doubt. The nightlife of Bangla road is also few minutes walk from here and you can also walk 10/15minutes and go to Jungceylon shopping mall. Highly recommended for those who want to stay by the beach yet want to pay less and get a clean room.

The Manager on duty was excellent and offered a very warm welcome. All rules were made known and I found everything to satisfaction. The room is very well appointed and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Phuket.

It was close to all the action, very clean, everything new, very friendly people at the reception, AC, Wifi, TV everything worked - no problems at all.
Having no lift could be a problem for some people. I liked the exercise - so no problem for me....

The owner was very kind and helpful. and best thing was it was minute away from the Patong beach. Unfortunately, It had been raining almost all day and we didn't enjoy the beach but if we could have fine day, it would have been a great stay.
It is not complaining but If room has little more space it will be a perfect hotel for me. but considering the cost it doen't matter really.

A very good, comfortable and clean hotel. New furniture, nice rooms, free wi-fi. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is about 3 minutes walking from the beach. It was very pleasant to stay here.
